20year old male patient came to OPD with a cheif complaint of bleeding around the great toe of right leg surrounding the nail after a trauma while playing kabaddi before 1 week. The bleeding was stopped the next day after trauma. After 2 days, he again had trauma due to overcrowding. He was prescribed TT injection booster dose and paracetamol 650mg for 3 days. From 2 days, there were no signs of inflammation. But there is congestion under the nail and discharge of straw colored fluid from the lateral side of toe. can any one diagnose this case and give treatment measures.
