21 year old male with lesions as shown in images for 3 month

21 year old male with lesions as shown in images for 3 months. The patient had taken neomycin in early days of disease for one month. Though the lesions disappear for 5-6 days but they reappear and had become exaggerated within few days. Then he had taken clotrimazole for 15 days, the lesions show same pattern as before. Then he had taken itraconazole orally and sertaconazole topically for 15 days. But he withdraw the treatment. The SGPT increase by double fold. What can be the probable diagnosis and preferred treatment?
