28 yo female presents with acute onset, severe headache, diffuse, in whole head area, for past 7 days. decreases with oral medications given by local clinic, but comes back in full swing within an hour or two. Severe debilitating, throbbing type ACC to patient. No history of trauma, vomiting, vertigo, fever, neck stiffness, neck pain, photophobia, loss of consciousness, documented hypertension.
past history of anemia 2 years ago.
patient lost her mother recently, which has been a major cause of stress to her.
Labs are normal. No abnormalities in CT scan. what should be the next course of action?
