36 yr old female is having past h/o Bad obs history i.e. in first pregnancy she had Severe preeclampsia with severe IUGR and premature baby (900 gm) born at 31 wks , 2nd pregnancy she had been regularly checked by gyn and fetal sonologist at 18 weeks she was advised inj enoxaparin. But she again started having high BP , preeclampsia, IUGR started and USG showed reversal flow at umbilical artery so baby was delivered prematurely advised by neonatologist but unfortunately I baby died on 6th day due to NEC (as per neonatologist). Later in Feb She was screened for cause of such complications and found Factor 5 leiden mutation - wild type homozygous positive.. high risk for thrombophilia/DVT/PULMONARY EMBOLISM/other complications... what can be done to prevent complications not only in pregnancy but throughout her life?
