56 yrs male, Diabetic (presently under control), due to gangrene had got Left leg toes amputated and than twice split skin thickness grafting done in November and December. Since than patient is having non healing ulcer on pressure part of foot. 1st image is of today and 2nd image is of 2 months back. since 2 months patient is applying plermin ointment on the ulcer. The grafted part is warmer than the opposite leg.
pt is also k/c/o varicose vein. Doppler studies done in November were normal.

What should be the further management?
Wbc count 10700. Rest all reports are normal
