65 year old post - menopausal lady complains of lump in Right breast since the past 3 months.
lump was hard in consistency.
Mammogram revealed ill defined hypoechoic lesion with spiculations seen in superolateral quadrant of breast.
FNAC was suggestive of malignancy
osteoblastic lesions found on whole body bone scan.

Treatment -
local wide excision followed by axillary block dissection.

Final report -
tubular carcinoma of the breast free from metastasis.

Follow up :
External Beam radiotherapy
tab. letrozole
tab. Zoledronate

What do you diagnose for a 47 years old perimenopausal lady, with painful lump, right breast, slipping under palpation, negative for mammography ? History of an active work life, with injuries sustained on right breast, during work life is positive.
