75 year old male with H/O CABG 5 years back is feeling numbn

75 year old male with H/O CABG 5 years back is feeling numbness in left foot from past 3-4 days .
The numbness is followed by strong pain sensation in the limb as if electric current is passing through.
This occurs twice a day.
What is the probable diagnosis and treatment in such a case?

Advice for Doppler for affected leg to rule out any blood clot, thrombosis, Deep vein thrombosis , nerve conduction velocity, aswell start antithrombotic treatment, and leg exercise, pain reliever such as ultra cet (Tramadol ),
