A 20 Y/M, diagnosed with Allergic Rhinoconjuctivitis 6 Months ago (Allergic to House Dust, Moulds & Mites). C/O - Profuse Sneezing, Ichy Eyes, Rhinorrhoea immediately following Sneeze, Irritation near the Throat and Nasal Orifice. Cough & Fever Absent. Symptoms suppressed on taking Antihistamines but never disappeared permanently.
About a month ago, noticed some Nodules on the wall of Pharynx. Sometimes Tingling sensation in the throat. No difficulty in Swallowing. Pain very rarely, only while talking. Nodules still present.
Family H/O Rheumatoid Arthritis both in Mother & Grandmother with similar Allergic Profile.
What might be the Probable Diagnosis and the course of Treatment?

As per symptoms and clinical findings(cobble stone appearance) most probable diagnosis is HAY FEVER.

Rx: Avoid exposure to allergens Intranasal antihistamine spray If severe nasal obstruction than add corticosteroid. If breathing problem during attack than ipratropium bromide puff.
