A 45 years female having sign only dyspnoea, sometimes slight chest pain on both sides, sudden slight moving head and petechial rashes prominently seen at the lower limb, triglycerides level is slight high, rashes can't be controlled, having bleeding piles. What is the diagnosis?what is treatment for this?
