A 65 year old man, nonalcoholic admitted for control of hypertension and diabetes only, otherwise asymptomatic without any history of convulsion. *Pure vegetarian.* Surisingly his MRI brain showed multiple and numerous Neurocysticercosis larvae in vesicular stage, showing classical active scolex with vesicular like picture of approximate size 1-2 cm each. It was Cerbral Parenchymal and Extra Parenchymal extensive spread including scalp and tongue as well. With special request to the Radiologist to check spread of larva in whole body MRI. Surprisingly whole body MRI numerous vesicular cyst occupying whole body. Patient is asymtomatic and now getting wormicidal therapeutic along with steroids.
