A 65-years old lady having a past history of ca breast left side 2years. Complete mrm with axillary lymphatic removed. 8 cycle of chemotherapy & radiation done. Completely all well.

After 2 years, she develops a fever for 3 days(104 - 105 C). On 4th day, she gets a huge swelling on medial end of clavicle of left side. Screening showed no# of clavicle. Advised to take antibiotics and diclogesic tablet. Swelling didn't reduce. There was a severe pain & movement of left arm was very difficult. 80 to 90 % movement was not possible. Then MRI report said it could be Osteomyelitis of clavicle. Orthopedic surgeon said swelling of bone only. He says it could be due to trauma but no h/o trauma was given. Only history was playing garba & dandia; tac 3 days earlier but no injury of any type. After that taken higher antibiotics & diclogesic for 25 days. Swelling & pain subsided yet 10% of swelling and shoulder movement still not gone. Pt is doing physiotherapy.
