A 70 years old male patient present with burning sensation and dysphagia from last 2 days.. he is having Periapical abscess on lower right secound premolar for which he was taking medication... Amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate 625 mg and Ketorolac 20 mg twice daily... he went to dentist for extraction of same tooth.. but fails to extract bcoz of failure of nerve block.. then emergency access openings was done and patient was kept on continuous antibiotics course amoxicillin was replaced by ofloxin 200mg BD .
On secound days patient develops white patches on dorsal surface of tongue which is scrpable.. and painful ulcers on lateral border of tongue.
