A female pt aged 70yrs presented with 8episodes of seizures in last 4hrs ;gtcs;no tongue bite; vitals are stable when brought to the hospital pt conscious but uncooperative known diabetic on insulin grbs 192mg/dl ;pt admitted to icu and eptoin in 100ml NS is given hb-8.3gm wbc 14900 ;serum eletrolytes normal in range blood urea n creatinine.-normal ecg-sinus rhythm pt was stable for the next 3hrs suddenly became irritable sweating pulse 130bpm bp -160/60 ecg has following variations what can be the diagnosis?
