A mid-aged woman presents to the casualty with wheezing and recurrent abdominal pain radiating to her back. She was recently treated for a severe respiratory infection, and sputum cultures at the time grew out Pseudomonas aeruginosa sp. She complains of moderate weight loss during the same respiratory infection.

Preliminary examination suggests of narrow airway or obstructed.

1. What are the possible lab diagnosis tests the person should be advised?

2. What might be the possible complication presently?

3. Is there any future complications involved? If yes, then how to measure it's severity after diagnosis and how to manage/treat them?
