A patient having wound over the left lower leg suspecting cellulitis .The patient have complaints of pain edema on both legs and non healing wound . He have complaints of edema on both lower extremity for 6 months.The BP intially is 200/110 and reduced to 170/110.Intially managed with antibiotics and analgesics.What is the possible line of management.

Rx- torsemide + spironolactone..(for oedema n htn) Clindamycin or vancomycin ( for cellulitis n ulcer) Ix .. FBS,ppbs(non healing ulcer) Ur cr (leg oedema) CBC,crp( severity of infection) Colour doppler l/l (possibility of dvt) Blood c/s( offending organism) Monitor vitals regularly
