Aadhaar card is a must if you want to take NEET 2017
After last year’s success, the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) has dropped another bombshell. With elections approaching Karnataka, students will now require Aadhaar card to appear for the NEET this year.

As the move has been accepted by colleges in the city, some colleges have even declared a holiday for students who do not have Aadhaar cards, so they can apply for one.

The NEET is mandatory to take admissions to any MBBS and BDS courses in India in medical or dental colleges, run with the approval of the Medical Council of India (MCI) or Dental Council of India (DCI), respectively.
