Adenomyoepithelioma (AME) is a tumour characterized by a bicellular proliferation consisting of glands with an inner epithelial and an outer myoepithelial cell layer. The classification of the WHO divides the adenomyoepithelioma into a benign type where both the epithelial and myoepithelial component are histologically non-malignant and a form, which shows a malignant transformation. This article reports a case of late lung metastases in a woman with a history of breast adenomyoepithelioma.
