A patient reported with alleged amitraz poisoning. Chief complaints were burning epigastric pain and drowsiness since 2 days. The patient inhaled the compound accidentally while opening its can.

Serum creatinine- 1.1 mg/dl
AST- 46 IU/L
Random Blood Glucose level- 124 mg/dl
Creatinine Phosphokinase- 696.0 U/L
CK-MB- 11.2 ng/ml
NT-Pro Brain Natriuretic Peptide= 13.7 pg/ml
