An nine year old patient with a severe abdominal pain localised to right upper quadrant; he is anaemic, weight 20kg, 124cm height and BCH test shows SGOT and SGPT are high while total protein, albumin and globulin are low, serum creatinine is low; USG of whole abdomen shows cholelithiasis and multiple subcentimetric lymph nodes in pre and paraaortic region.
