Answer to the last #DiagnosticDilemma
The correct answer is chondroblastic osteosarcoma!

This is a bone cancer typically originating in the metaphysis of long bones, commonly the femur, in children and young adults.

The diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy of the periosteal leg mass, and chest radiography confirmed the presence of partially calcified masses throughout both lungs, suggestive of pulmonary metastases.
