Extranodal lymphomas are rare and about 8 percent of them arise from ocular adnexa. Ocular adnexal lymphomas (OAL) involve the tissues and structures surrounding the eye namely conjunctiva, eyelids, lacrimal gland, and orbital connective tissues. Primary or secondary lymphomas account for 55% of all orbital tumors in adult OALs often diagnosed in the 5th to 7th decade of life with the female preponderance. In this report, we will describe a case of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in the conjunctiva and underlying clinical, histologic, immunological and genetic findings jointly with a review of current literature.
