#Breaking: DM/MCH entrance for foreign nationals without MCI
National Board of Examinations (NBE) has recently released an Information Bulletin for NEET-SS 2019 and a clause in this bulletin mentions that foreign nationals need not be MCI registered to appear in NEET super specialty entrance test.

The bulletin clause 4.6 reads as, "...Foreign Nationals: Foreign nationals can appear in NEET-SS 2019 without MCI registration. The Medical Council of India may, on payment of the prescribed fee for registration, grant temporary registration for the duration of the Post Doctoral course limited to the medical college/institution to which he/she is admitted for the time being exclusively for pursuing postdoctoral studies. Provided further that temporary registration to such foreign national shall be subject to the condition that such person is duly registered with appropriate registering authority in his own country where from he has obtained his PG Medical qualification, and is duly recognized by the corresponding Medical Council or concerned authority..."

Utterly ridiculous and malicious decision . If the student is not able to get MCI registration at a latter date the student will discontinue & his seat will get wasted?

Once he clears the neet ss he will get a permanent one ! so no chance of not getting. it' s the same stuff just removed the MCI screening for fmge. Good though! in the end he was giving two exams back to back which didn' t make much sense, now he will give one exam which is neet ss which is more qualifying and better to judge the merits than an fmge screen exam.
