CLASSICAL HISTORY OF SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS
A 13 year old female patient was alright 30 days back when she developed fever which was sudden in onset, high grade and recurrent ,relieved on medication and associated with rigor and chills.
RASH developed 20 days after the onset of fever which first appeared on arms then progressed to the trunk and face.
red flaky red spots present on face and purplish on the arms which was photosensitive in nature non blenching associated with no discharge ,no itching
H/O weight loss since 30 days (significant wt lose ,8kgs in 30 days)
No H/o joint pain ,rigors , cough , recurrent infections ,lump in abdomen , bleeding tendency, hematuria, muscle pain, seizures
butterfly shaped malar rash
no specific findings
