A 47 year old patient came to the clinical OPD with a complaint of
-occassional left nasal block,
-head ache since two months
She was apparently normal 2 months ago and nasal block shows insidious onset and gradual progression which is aggravated during night time and sleep
Patient shows history of nasal discharge,heavyness of head and dry cough without any loss of sensation of smell and no change in voice
The patient is a known diabetic with hypertension
