Cardamom Good For Glucose Metabolism, Lowers HbA1C
An analysis of six publications enrolling 410 participants was included in present meta-analysis. Daily 3 g supplementation of cardamom from 8 weeks to 3 months showed no significant effect on BMI, weight and WC, FBS, insulin and QUICKI. However, had significant effect occurred on HOMA-IR, and HbA1C.
