* A common presentation in a patient of chronic stable angina who presents with symptoms of unstable Angina , Initial steps in medical care are
1 Obtain Ecg and cardiac enzymes
2 Give aspirin
3 Begin IV heparin

* In case of cardiac pain, If pain changes with respiration (pleuritic), changes with position or if there is tenderness of chest wall--- then Cardiac Cause of Chest pain is unlikely

*Heparin is used for unstable Angina and MI(STEMI and NSTEMI both) and is NOT used for Stable angina
