DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SEIZURE, CONVULSIONS AND EPILEPSY:
Seizure- Abnormal changes in the activity of brain cause a seizure. It can be convulsive or non-convulsive. Each episode is a seizure.
Convulsions- Convulsion is the physical manifestation of abnormal activity in the brain i.e., seizure. They are rapid, rhythmic and sometimes violent shaking movements, often involving the whole body.
Epilepsy- It is more of a syndrome (group of neurological disorders) with 2 or more unprovoked seizures.
