A 28-year-old woman was referred to a specialised gestational trophoblastic disease clinic for treatment. If patient is in reproductive age group first we should do pregnancy test then USG and if pt is perimenopausal or postmenopausal then USG is first line investigation to r/o associated pathology as per PALM COEN classification
