Doctors perform surgery on fetus in the womb at 32 weeks aft
Just two months before he was born, Matthew Tobias Saetern-Angeles was diagnosed with a fatal condition.
An ultrasound showed the 32-week-old fetus had hydrops, a condition that causes the lungs to fill with excess fluid.
