Fetal echocardiography (FE) has a role in improving surgical outcomes in certain patients with congenital heart disease and hence decreasing morbidity and mortality.Conotruncal heart anomalies are structural abnormalities involving the outflow tract of the heart, including a wide range of phenotypes, the most common of which are Fallot's tetralogy (TOF) and transposition of the great arteries (TGA).
