#Flash: ACSLHT technique is Effective in the treatment of la
The goal of this research was to compare the therapeutic effects of antibiotic calcium sulfate-loaded hybrid transport (ACSLHT) to standard Ilizarov bone transfer (TIBT) in the repair of significant tibial deformities following trauma. The study comprised 85 patients who had substantial tibial deformities as a result of trauma. The ACSLHT technique was used on 44 individuals, while the TIBT approach was used on 41. The EFI score in the ACSLHT and TIBT groups was 0.6 0.1 cm/month and 1.7 0.3 cm/month, respectively. The ACSLHT group's SAS score was much lower than the TIBT group's. Finally, the ACSLHT group spent less time in the external fixator, had better limb functioning, had reduced postoperative anxiety, and had fewer complications.
