Currently, 20-25% of patients have reported with moderate to high grade fever which lasts for 5-7 days and tests are negative for all the possible causes including dengue, respiratory syncytial virus, influenza and Covid 19. Some cases have shown worse prognosis and do not improve despite all possible interventions. Since, cause is unknown, doctors are facing a major challenge to provide treatment.
