In a first-of-its-kind case, a guy mistook a gunshot for a "cat scratch" and did not seek medical attention. The 35-year-old had a bullet wound in his rib cage but ignored it as a cat scratch. The victims' roommate uncovered the evidence of the strange bullet. The patient was asleep when he felt little pain in his abdomen around his kidneys. He slept for over seven hours, completely forgetting about the injuries. However, the doctors were later able to extract a bullet from his body.
