Foreign Body from an Eyeglass Screw
Case 1: A 23-year-old myopic woman bumped in the wall while walking. Her frameless prescription glasses were minimally damaged–the right nose pad was lost, the left frame screw was broken, and the broken half with its' silicone coating was lost (Figure 1A, available at http://aaojournal.org).

Case 2: A 58-year-old woman sustained a face trauma from a fall. Her glasses were damaged and lost. Ten days after the trauma, she arrived at the ED. Her chief compliant was tender swelling near her left eye. A small horn-like granuloma was seen near the temporal cantus...
