Free Session On Iyengar Yog For a Healthy Mind,Body and Soul

This session is brought to you by Mukund Mavalankar.

He has a practice of Yog and also has a teaching experience for the same.
He started learning Yog at the Iyengar Institute in 1988 and since then he has been practising and learning.
He started teaching children back in the year 1995 at the Iyengar institute and continues to teach till date.
This was then followed by a beginners class at the institute since 2004 regularly.
He also teaches Pranayam at the institute as and when required.
