Hello,
I experienced a lower back pain two months ago and my lower back is still not healed properly and the pain still persists. Its a mild ,irritating pain. I consulted a doctor around holi and he assisted some exercises and calcium tablets to me. I've experienced these pain episodes thrice in an year span now. I can't get a Xray done because of the lockdown. I'll be really grateful if someone can help me getting rid of this injury.

Dr.Ritu Singh thank you for replying. I actually never got an xray done for this as earlier doctor just said its normal pain and prescribed me Dolowin MR and calcium with regular gel massage. It healed within a weak last time . I' ve already taken enough MR this time but it doesn' t seem to get better.
