Hello everyone....i need ur opinion regarding this case. 41 years old male patient,wt-77.3kg ,diabetic has been diagnosed NASH related CLD with decompensation,Grade 1 varices with mild gastropathy in endoscopy,Tubercular lymphadenopathy confirmed by Right supraclavicular lymphn node biopsy which showed typical caseating granuloma ZN stain positive for AFB,Fibroscan showed F4 fibsosis with no steatosis.His Serum ACE levels are 158.Now 3 different doctors suggested 3 different TB regimes for this patient. Can u suggest which is the best TB regime that can be given in this patient. Doc 1- 6 to 9 month(H300mgOD Z500BD E1200mgOD) +3(Levo400mgOD) + ( Benadone40mgOD) Doc 2- (H300mgOD Z750mg 2tab stat E1200mgOD Levo750mg) + Benadone40mg half tab OD Doc 3- (R600mgOD E1200mgOD Levo500mgOD) Really in need of urgent opinion on dis.Patient is only having dry cough, weakness at present.
