At that time serum K+ - 3.5; and blood pressure was 118/76mm Hg on amlodipin and moxonidine. pH was not done. She had hypertension for 2 years. Urine metanephrine were normal and No Renal artery stenosis in Doppler.

Looks like a case of Secondary hyperaldosteronism. Raised Aldosterone and RA Ratio increased K+ may be low or normal in Primary aldosteronism
