A patient 50 years of age, came with the chief complaints of Breathlessness for the past 3months, which gradually increased with time, specially at night after sleeping. Patient was also complaining of chest pain Patient is a known case of diabetes. His KFT was also deranged.
He was treated for the Breathlessness for the past 2 months, he improved initially but suddenly his X-ray had shown a detoriation.

On pleural tap, there was blood.
How would you further manage? And what is your probable diagnosis.
