Last week I had uploaded a chest x-ray of Oesophageal Carcinoma.

It is often confused with Achalasia Cardia.
So here are two comparative Chest X-rays.
To the left, you can see a very regular and perfect Bird Beak appearance, suggesting Achalasia.
However, On the right we see an irregular Apple Core appearance, very different from the left one, suggesting Oesophageal Carcinoma. Apple Core appearance is also seen in Colonic Carcinomas.
