Remain calm and allowed to express disease or pt or situation.then take the control accordingly

I ll provide patient centered care, by letting the patient do most of the talking, I would suggest options give him all the choices, give him all the pros and cons, eventually the difficult patient himself will understand and calm down.

Most of the cases patient' ego play a part.Often it' s difficult to get relevant answer. I tell them we are not enemy.Our enemy is your disease.Let us try to attak the enemy with your help . Usually it helps.
