I am honored to be your Samay Sathidar and be by your side as you create more peace, immunity, and personal growth during your time of isolation.
My intention is to give you a ‘taste’ of experiencing significant release of stress, as I would guide you to use your breath and your inner focus as conduits upon which my music will enter different parts of your body, mind, and spirit. As you listen and engage with the music in this way, I am certain that you will feel amazingly refreshed, peaceful, and anxiety-free -- in short, like being in a Spa.
In the future sessions, I will also offer a variety of tools and techniques to go deeper in the realm of Naad (spiritual quality of sound) and in making profound shifts in your life.

Dr. Arati Shah-Yukich, lives in the USA and is a Founding Member and the Leadership Team Member of Samay Sathi.
Over the past ten years, Arati has offered numerous sessions of music, sound and breath mindfulness and active listening practices in the USA to large church congregations, medium groups at various public libraries and healthcare venues, and small groups in private settings.
She has also worked with various patients to equip them to improve recovery and gain upper hand on their health.
