1.early morning appointment and BP should be checked by dentist/nurse before procedure.Appointment should be as brief as possible. 2.patient to take his dosage of b blocker before appointment 3.patient if is on aspirin, must stop 4-5 days before. 4.LA used should be non adrenalin.

Also, get a physicians clearance note for extraction procedure from the patient.
