Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer among women worldwide. The lifetime probability of developing metastatic cervical cancer is 1 in 145 women. Metastatic cervical cancer to the orbit is rare, with only 8 reported cases in the literature and none with metastasis to the subperiosteal space. We report a case of metastatic cervical adenocarcinoma to the subperiosteal space. The collection and evaluation of all protected health information was HIPAA-compliant.
