Her bp sometimes increase upto 140/85 in once a week and she feel headache at that time..

Is it okay to give antihypertensive (Amlodipine-atenolol) only that day when her bp is high???? Or should she continues daily antihypertensive?

Age of pt. 140/85 not means hypertension and cant use hypertension drugs below 150/100 some time it happens many people has 140/90 as normal BP headache can be due to stress or not sleep well or may be eye problem depend on age of patient

Such 140/85 BPs is also considered normal in obese patients or patients who are on high caffeine intake... Am I right ???

In obese, if the appropriate size cuff is used, the BP cut off points remain same . Regarding caffeine, as well as tobacco, yes, BP must be recorded after half an hour to one hour to get the BP reading without their influence.
