Patient with Neck swelling- 18yrs, Complaints of Dyspnea on lying down, no other complaints. O/E- No signs of Thyroid dysfunction, B/L Vocal cords Mobile.
Euthyroid, Iodine Uptake-WNL.
USG & FNAC- suggestive of Benign growth with colloid. No Cervical lymphadenopathy.
Suggestions- Surgery or not.
