Primary malignant melanoma of cervix and vagina
Case report
A 70-year-old female visited the emergency room with a left thigh pain. After physical evaluation, the patient underwent a left thigh magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) which showed a large cervical cancer with involvement of the vagina, bladder, and parametrium, in addition to multiple bony metastases of the proximal femur, acetabulum, and both iliac bones.....
