Pulmonary meningioma accompanied with intrapulmonary metasta
The following case has been reported in the journal BMC Pulmonary Medicine.

Cystic lung lesions involving both lungs include a variety of diseases, such as pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis, lymphangioleiomyomatosis and pulmonary metastasis.

A 64-year-old female patient was admitted to our department for a mass located in right posterior mediastinum with multiple cystic pulmonary lesions. A thoracoscopic lung biopsy was performed and the diagnosis was confirmed as bilateral pulmonary metastasis from primary pulmonary meningioma.

Clinical pearls:-
- Primary pulmonary meningioma accompanied with intrapulmonary metastasis was extremely rare and there are no previous studies reporting with cystic radiological manifestation.

- Intrapulmonary metastasis from a primary pulmonary meningioma may manifest as multiple thin-walled cystic lesions on CT.

- DD of cystic pulmonary disease should include this situation. This case shows the new CT manifestation of metastatic primary pulmonary meningioma and the importance of immunomolecular analysis.
