Question for Paediatricians only ::::

Topic: VACCINATION

CASE HISTORY
A male child age 14 months & 25 days fully immunised develops common cold /cough and taken to a pediatrician. The physician diagnoses him as viral and gives symptomatic treatment.
THE CHILD WAS TO BE IMMUNISED at 15 month for MMR, PCV, VARICELLA according to schedule. THE PHYSICIAN VACCINATED HIM ONLY FOR MMR and POSTPONED the PCV,VARICELLA VACCINATION FOR THE 16th month.
MY QUESTION IS WHY ???? IS IT FINE OR THE SCHEDULE HAS BEEN CHANGED FOR PRACTICAL PURPOSE
