Registration of five doctors suspended for flouting MCI rule
Jaipur: Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC) on Monday suspended registration of five doctors for violating rules of the Medical Council of India (MCI).

Registration of Nagaur-based Dr S N Jangid has been suspended for one year for providing wrong medical certificate to a woman that was needed for insurance. Later, it was found that the woman had breast cancer, reports ToI quoting RMC registrar Dr Archana Johri.

Registrations of Dr Iqbal Khan and Dr Shabana Khan, both MBBS doctors practising at Bhawani Mandi, have been suspended for two years for keeping a patient in their hospital ICU and not referring to a higher centre despite the patient’s deteriorating condition....
